A 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Nepal on 25th April 2015. The very next day a high-level management meeting was convened at GNI Nepal’s head office to collate information and discuss the immediate course of action. Within two days our staffs were on the field responding to the needs of locals in Gorkha District- the epicenter of the earthquake. In the days following the devastating earthquake, our relief teams in Gorkha, Kathmandu and Lalitpur district assiduously worked to help the earthquake survivors. In recognition of its efforts, president of Good Neighbors International presented GNI Nepal with “Best Prize in Humanitarian Relief” along with “Best Prize in Contents Planning Campaign”.
