The three-day Youth Empowerment Training on “Career Counseling and Pathway Visualization” has been conducted for 162 youths (97 female & 65 Male) who have recently graduated from the GNI Nepal Sponsorship Program. The objective of the training was to equip young individuals with essential life skills and provide them with orientation and practical insights to enhance their decision-making abilities. The training was organized in three venues: Pokhara, Dhangadhi & Kathmandu.

The training facilitated self-exploration and encouraged participants to delve into various aspects of their personalities, identities, and aspirations. Through this process, they were able to identify their abilities, strengths, and interests, which are pivotal for their personal and professional development. As per the participants, they gained valuable knowledge and skills that will enable them to lead productive lives by understanding themselves better. Some of the participants even claimed that they will explore possible options in Nepal and will not migrate overseas for employment.
