On November 7, the Good Neighbors International Development Cooperation Forum 2025 was held, which focused on “Strengthening Sustainable Results through Localization and Community-Led Development.”

Good Neighbors International Nepal demonstrated its practice of Localization and Local-Led Development (LLD) through its Community Development Project (CDP) model, which empowers inclusive Project Management Committees (PMCs). This approach has advanced community ownership, ensured 100% child health checkups, influenced local budgets, and achieved 52% women’s leadership participation.

From Ethiopia to Mongolia to Nepal, the CDP model is transforming communities toward self-reliance, dignity, and resilience.
