Objectives
- To find out the needs of the Tikapur (With 4 VDC adjoining Community and schools
- To find out the KAP of community on health and disease.
- To find out the health delivery situation of government Health Facilities
- To recommend the possible option/project based on survey findings
- To support the activities performed by HIT project
Health Improvement in Tikapur (HIT) was carried out in Kailali to assess the health services in the community, access the needs and provide way forwards based on suvey results.
