To mark Menstrual Hygiene Day 2025, our working districts, Nuwakot, Parbat, Dhanusha, Kaski, and Achham, geared up with a wide range of activities. Interactive games and a quiz contest focused on menstrual health knowledge created a fun-filled environment, and the winners were awarded prizes. Likewise, an orientation session on menstrual hygiene management deepened their understanding of various aspects related to menstrual hygiene.

The communities in Parbat marched up for rallies, chanting impactful slogans advocating for menstruation health. Similarly, adolescent girls received sanitary pads and lit candles to ensure menstrual dignity. All these activities aimed at breaking the stigma and create a society where menstruation is understood and respected.
