On 25 June 2025, a team from the Korean Embassy in Nepal, led by Mr. Sungho Kang, Deputy Councilor, visited our Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) project sites in Dang district. The delegates interacted with the local community and observed CSA technologies, including the ongoing “River Basin Regreening Program” promoted by the project: “Safety Net of Innovative Land Tenure Solutions for Near-Landless Sharecroppers and for a Greener Rural Nepal."
Funded by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (MAFRA) of the Republic of Korea, Good Neighbors International has been implementing the project in partnership with UN-Habitat Nepal and Community Self-Reliance Centre (CSRC) since mid-2024, in collaboration with the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation (MOLMCPA) in the four municipalities of Deukhuri Valley in Dang district.
