To improve menstrual hygiene friendly environment and practices of adolescent girls.

- To improve accessibility of MHM facilities.
- To enhance knowledge and practice of MHM among adolescents.
- To increase community’s awareness on MHM.

This project was carried out in Bajura, Bardiya and Darchula with an aim of improving access to MHM faclities and knowledge on MHM.
The major interventions of this project included MHM friendly toilets construction, DWS construction, waste pit construction, SWASHCC training, hygiene kit distribution, hoardinf board installation, MHM training to teachers, adolescents,S-WASH-CC, FCH's and health workers and traditional healers and sanitary pad making training
