As a pilot project, SMART Classroom was implemented in 21 schools of Kaski and Parbat districts. The schools were assisted in establishing ICT-based classrooms by equipping them with a projector, laptop computers, and digitized lessons in science, mathematics, English, and Nepali for the first through eighth grades, and by training teachers to operate these SMART Classrooms.
